Innovative Micro Solutions S.A. was established in 1990 in Athens, Greece. We believe that excellence in service is a result of focusing on doing specific things well. Our products and services are targeted towards vertical market sectors, namely software for telecommunications operators, software for real time systems, and custom software development.

We offer to our clients a variety of services, such as consulting, project management, and system integration. Our customers are provided with robust, reliable and logical solutions, which are easy to learn, use and maintain.

We react quickly to changing client business requirements, by supporting our products and solutions throughout their life cycle. We utilize tools and methodologies that reduce development time, increase application stability, and performance. Our clients will be well positioned for the future because Innovative Micro Solutions uses open system design standards that make future modifications easy.

We have proven experience and are capable of undertaking large projects, ranging from complete hardware and software solutions to the design and the development of specialized systems.

On several occassions our national or international customers have repeatedly awarded us for our services and products by trusting us to implement more and more projects for them. In the national market, we have carried out several installations of our FoneBox family of products to Germanos S.A., one of Europe's largest network of retail stores for mobile telephony, fixed telephony and internet subscriptions. In the international market, we have carried out several projects for Thales Air Defense S.A. (Paris, Bagneux), one of Europe's largest defense system industries.

Quality Management

Since 2001, we have established a quality management department within our company. Currently we are ISO 9001:2000 certified for software development, customer service, hardware installation, project management, training and data processing (data entry, document scanning, data conversion, etc).
